SHIPPING POLICY.

All engine modification
components exhaust and performance parts are legal in California only for
racing vehicles and off-road use only, which may never be used upon public
highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other
import items.

All merchandise sold by
SSUPERSTORE.COM is only
subject to the manufacture's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject
to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or
replacement of merchandise. Customer will be responsible for all shipping
and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims.
There is no warranty whatsoever on lights (including JDM head light or any tail light or lamp), light bulbs, decals, electrical
parts, and performance engine parts. Or any products, which have been
modified, altered, or subjected to abuse, or negligence, accident,
collision, or improper installation by a non-qualified mechanic.
SSUPERSTORE.COM
will not be held responsible for the result of modified or cut springs.

All special orders
require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50%. If there is a cancellation
for any reason, the Customer understands that the deposit is forfeited
immediately to
SSUPERSTORE.COM.
SSUPERSTORE.COM shall not be liable for late shipments. Shipping
dates are approximate.
SSUPERSTORE.COM
shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions in price or other offsets
as a result of a late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of
delivery. Price for special imported merchandise is based on the fluctuation
of foreign currency exchange rate.

ORIGINAL receipt must be presented for credit or exchange. No receipt no
refund. B/ RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be
issued prior to any returns before warranty can be made. The RMA# dose not
implies a guarantee replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the
merchandise based on your claim. Return must be sent by prepaid freight and
insured by you. All returned merchandise must be unused and must be in its
original packaging. C/ Parts may not be returned if modified,
painted, installed, unprofessional installed (proof of professional
installation must be providing at time of claim) or used. D/ There
is no refund or exchange on electrical, lighting, and engine components,
special orders, custom-made order, specialized, or personalized items. E/
Wheels or tires, which have been mount and balance, may not be returned or
exchanged. F/ There is no refund or credit on labor or freight
charges. G/ Any refused shipment sent back to
SSUPERSTORE.COM dose
not constitute the right to any refund or credit. If
SSUPERSTORE.COM accept a return or cancel order from customer, all return or cancel order will be charge a 15% restocking fees. No
exception.

SSUPERSTORE.COM
primary method of
shipping will be United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal
Services (USPS). Unless specified by the
Customer,
SSUPERSTORE.COM will ship all
orders by UPS ground service or USPS first class at our choice per your
location. UPS ground service will take approximately
2-10 working days for delivery, depending on the location of the Customer.
Customer can request a faster service at an additional charge. Packages that
cannot be delivered for any reason, or parcels that are refused by the
Customer will not constitute the responsibility of
SSUPERSTORE.COM
for any shipping /freight charges, the Customer will be responsible for all
freight charges and will not be shipped any other products until the
incurred shipping charges have been paid.

SSUPERSTORE.COM
accepts all major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover) money order and cashier check.
SSUPERSTORE.COM
will charge a $25 dollar for
any returned check. In the event that any non-payment arises, an interest of
1.5% per month will be added to the past due account.

Price, design and
specifications are subject to change without notice. All merchandise
information presented in the catalog, web site, magazine ads and price sheet
was true and correct at the time of publication. In the event that a legal
proceeding is required to resolve any disputes or indifferences, all claims
and fillings must be made with West Covina Municipal Court located in West
Covina, California. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable
attorney fees and court costs.
- SPOILERS/BODY KITS:
Buyer fully understand that all body kits are sold
"as is" with no
warranty. Due to that fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass. Buyer
also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash
guidelines,
SSUPERSTORE.COM is not responsible or liable for
any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver
error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your
parts). Buyer understands that all body kits/spoilers may need modifications
for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of
factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. because
several of theses kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have
much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin.
Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint.
Please seek professional body shop for paint and installation.
- FIBERGLASS/CARBON HOODS:
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made
of similar lightweight materials are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed
or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a
combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. All carbon hoods are manufactured by
SSUPERSTORE.COM.
SSUPERSTORE.COM
is not
responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon
possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment
(cracking or breaking your hood) or acts of nature. All aftermarket
lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/
show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods
and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods do come
with stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins
for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may
purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailers. We strongly recommend
all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/ technician
install and paint any hoods/ body kits (that require paint) for factory or
show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same
quality of work performed. If any body kit/ hood arrives damaged or cracked
bad enough that it cannot be repaired, you must contact
SSUPERSTORE.COM
within 3 days from the date of receiving in order for claim to be processed and
approved.
